It went on to be shortlisted for the IQ graduate award and a large image of the painting was featured in The Telegraph in 2020 on a piece by columnist Juliet Samuel regarding creativity and lockdown. Washing and the domestic labour of the home continues to be a recurring theme in Katherine’s work.
