These works form part of a series of 12 paintings examining the abstract shapes created by a series of white clothes hanging outside to dry on a hot sunny afternoon. The paintings zoom into the laundry and attempt to create the child-like sensation of running through, and getting lost within the clothes. Sensuality of the clothing is explored in areas of luminous light. The quotidian clothes peg becomes shimmering and haloed as the light catches them; playful and comical.
